We always enjoy staying at the Canalta. As a family of 5, the triple queen room is highly desirable for us. The hotel is always clean with friendly service and a great breakfast. The hot tub and steam room are also a nice touch.
Wonderful staff and cleanliness of the facility. The breakfast room options were very diverse and plentiful. We had originally booked for 2 nights for snowmobiling but had to leave by 1:30pm the second day due to mechanical failure of a snowmobile. The manager had graciously offered to not charge us for the second night notwithstanding notification was well past the check-out time. I will recommend that our snowmobile club choose this as a destination for next year. Thank you.
I had a small issue and I brought it to the attention of the staff, who handled it promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable.
My room was very clean when arriving, staff was very friendly ( a big shout out to Amanda ) breakfast was at 5 am so I was able to enjoy that each morning of my stay. Beds are very comfortable and was very impressed with the water pressure my room had
This is unique property during my travels. From warm friendly check- in to superb cleaning. GM Shaerisse and her team always manage to bring big city vibes and expectations to this unique small town property! Well done!
When making the reservation for two nights, a king room was the only one available. Spacious and well designed. Most comfortable room and the huge bed with lots of luxurious pillows. Extended my stay for another night but the had to move to a double queen room. I was pleasantly surprised to find my luggage was moved for me when I returned from the day out. The free breakfast was plentiful and at the waffle station I spoiled myself. I look forward to returning soon.
